Mobile phone users top 3.3 B by end-2007

Source: http://www.mb.com.ph/BSNS20080602125670.html

Wow! There's such a great BOOM for us mobile phone users. 3.3 Billion is just about half the population of the whole world! Man, that's such a eye opener! It's great that many people are having cell phones and being able to communicate. And the boom has been happening in developing countries especially a big rise in Africa where it has had a growth of 39 percent annually from 2005-2007. Whoa! And we thought they weren't up to date hehe. More and more people are getting cell phones even when they lack much of an internet connection or high speed internet. The governments in these low income countries should be a bigger help and provide affordable broadband internet so many people can access all the luxuries of having cell phone applications and getting information through the world wide web. We all have the right to be updated and we should. If only our government can be as supporting as the other developing countries, we might just be much more ahead of the pack.

Our government should invest in high speed broad band connection. Not only for official use but it also can help our business and industrial sector to grow.

it's good that nowadays technology is increasing. It means that there is development in the industrial sector. However, there must be other technological advances other than cellphone industries. This way it may provide a leeway for other production and economic sectors to grow.

Cellular phones are a near-necessity in the post-modern life. It is great that cellphones are being upgraded and improved on frequently. The cost does scare potential buyers off, though.

That's a good thing to know about the evolution of our technology. Cellphones really helped our communications easier.

Cellphones is one our neccessities now a days.
